This guide covers the day-to-day operation of Test Runner for production test execution.
Login#
After powering on the test fixture, you'll encounter a login screen. Login to one of the user accounts using the provided username and password.

Runner Initialization#
After login, the test runner initializes with a progress bar displayed at the center bottom of the screen. Once initialization completes, a notification appears stating "Ready to test."
Running a Test#
Click the START button to begin testing. During test execution, user interaction may be required. When interaction is needed, a notification icon appears in the bottom right of the Slot Card.
You can access the notification by:
- Clicking on the notification icon directly
- Scanning the slot's barcode
Slot View#
For single-slot fixtures, clicking Go To Runner displays detailed slot information. This view is preferred when working with single-unit fixtures as it provides comprehensive test data.
Test results appear in a table at the bottom of the screen, showing real-time updates as tests complete.
Viewing Test Results#
Current Session Results#
Test results display in real-time in the results table at the bottom of the slot view. Each measurement shows:
- Test name
- Measured value
- Pass/fail status
- Limits (if applicable)
Historical Results#
Click Past Runs in the menu to access historical test data. The Past Runs view provides:
- Status Filtering: Filter results by pass, fail, or all statuses
- Search: Find specific test runs by serial number or other criteria
- Detailed View: Click any result to see comprehensive test outcome information
Downloading Results#
Results can be downloaded to a USB drive:
- Insert a USB drive into the test station
- Navigate to Past Runs
- Hover over the download options
- Select to download all results or specific test runs
Results export includes all measurement data, timestamps, and pass/fail status for each test.
