Replacement Parts#
Replacement parts are available through the Dev Pro Store.
3D Printed Components#
The following components can be 3D printed as replacements. All parts use PETG material with consistent print settings.

Accessing Print Files#
3MF files for all printable components are available via Google Drive. Contact FixturFab support for access to current file versions.
These files enable:
- Local printing on your own 3D printer
- Ordering from third-party print services
- Custom modifications for special applications
Maintenance Schedule#
Daily#
- Visual inspection of moving components
- Check for debris in probe plate area
- Verify smooth fixture closure
Weekly#
- Inspect probe condition
- Check latch mechanism operation
- Verify guide pin engagement
Monthly#
- Lubricate linear bearings if binding occurs
- Inspect 3D printed components for wear or cracking
- Check all fastener tightness
As Needed#
- Replace worn probes
- Replace damaged 3D printed components
- Service or replace bearings

Replacing Probes#
- Open fixture and remove cartridge
- Locate worn probe
- Extract old probe from receptacle
- Insert replacement probe
- Verify probe travel and contact
Replacing 3D Printed Parts#
- Print replacement using specifications above
- Remove fasteners from worn component
- Install new component
- Verify fit and operation
Cleaning#
- Remove dust and debris from probe plate regularly
- Clean guide pins with isopropyl alcohol
- Avoid lubricants on probe contact surfaces
Troubleshooting#
